In the 10 man there is 6 random spawns from the opposing faction found on the above list. In the 25 man, there are 10 to fight against.
It's like an arena team. Experience in PVP seems to help. Lots of CC really helps.
We found that this fight is easier to do when you have 3 healers for the 10 man.
We also found that there are no agro tables, so your tank is not going to be able to taunt to get mobs off you.
There are diminishing returns on crowd control and they actively dispel crowd control that you cast on them.
It seems that it's best to crowd control the healers. There are 2 healers on 10 man, and 3 healers on 25 man.
If you wipe, you face the same team.
Once you kill a couple, the rest of the fight is a lot easier.
Dispelling is extremely important in this fight. Mass Dispel from priests is priceless.
It seems that using PVP gear does not give you significant advantage in this fight.
Debuff's and Cast Warnings:
Cast Warnings:
"Hellfire" Does 5500 damage every second for 15 seconds to anyone around the warlock.
Debuff's that need Dispelling:
Imparing Debuff's that need to be dispelled:
"Strangulate" A silencing "magic" debuff which lasts for 5 seconds.
"Entangling Roots" a magic effect that keeps someone from moving, also doing a damage over time effect.
"Wyvern Sting" puts the target to sleep for 8 seconds and then does some damage to them.
"Frost Aura" stops someone from moving. Ensure Melee and the tanks are dispelled asap.
"Frostbolt" slows movement by 40%.
"Polymorph" We all know this "magic" effect. Dispel immediately.
"Hammer of Justice". A "magic" stun.
"Repentance" a 10 second "magic" stun.
"Psychic Scream" a "magic" 10 second flee effect.
"Psychic Horror" a "magic" effect that cause someone to flee for 3 sec and to drop their weapon for 10 seconds.
"Silence" a "magic" effect that causes a target to be silent for 5 seconds.
"Hex" a "curse" effect similar to Polymorph that lasts 8 seconds. Paladin's cannot dispel curses.
"Curse of Exhaustion" a "curse" effect that slows movement speed by 50%.
"Fear" a "magic" effect that causes you to flee for 10 seconds.
Imparing Debuff's that cannot be dispelled:
"Cyclone" Stops you from doing anything for 6 seconds. This effect has diminishing returns.
"Blind" causes you to wander for 10 seconds. Any damage removes the effect.
"Hemorrhage" for the next 15 seconds, increases damage by 75%.
"Earth Shock" does damage to target and locks them out of a school of magic for 2 seconds.
"Charge Stun" stuns you for 2 seconds.
"Disarm" removes your weapon for 10 seconds.
"Intimidating Shout" Causes enemies within 8 yards to cower in fear for 8 seconds.
Damage over time Debuff's that should to be dispelled:
"Insect Swarm" A "magic" debuff that does about 3k every 2 seconds.
"Moonfire" A "magic" debuff that does 6k over 15 seconds.
"Shadow Word: Pain" "magic" debuff that does 7k damage every 3 seconds for 15 seconds.
"Vampiric Touch" a "magic" debuff that does 4k damage every 3 seconds for 15 seconds.
"Corruption" a "curse" debuff that does 18-30k over 18 seconds.
"Curse of Agony" a "curse" debuff that does 24-42k damage over 24 seconds.
Other Debuff's that should be dispelled:
"Barkskin" is a "magic" buff which needs to be dispelled. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Faerie Fire". A "magic" debuff that decreases target's armor.
"Lifebloom" A "magic" buff that heals your enemy. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Nature's Grasp" A magic debuff that entangles any time you strike a target with this debuff. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Regrowth" a "magic" buff that heals your enemy. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Rejuvenation" a "magic" buff that heals your enemy. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Thorns" a "magic" buff that damages those who attack. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Ice Block" a "magic" buff prevents the caster from taking any damage. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Hand of Protection" a "magic" buff that protects the target from physical attacks for 10 secs. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Avenging Wrath" a "magic" buff that increases all damage and healing for 20 seconds. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Divine Shield" a "magic" buff. Bubble. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Power Word: Shield" a "magic" shield buff. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Bloodlust" or "Heroism". "magic" buff. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
"Riptide" is a healing spell and then a heal over time "magic" effect. Paladin's cannot cast offensive dispels.
Not to be dispelled:
"Unstable Affliction" a "magic" debuff that does 13-24k damage over 15 seconds. If it is dispelled, it will do about double the damage to the dispeller and silence them for 5 seconds.
