With 3.2 comes a new system for getting Tier Gear.

With Tier 9.0 (Item Level 232) gear, you can get with Triumph Badges alone. You get these badges by doing Champions of the Crusader 10 man or 25 man (3 badges per boss) or doing the heroic daily (2 badges).

The Gloves and Shoulders each cost Triumph 30, Head, Chest and Legs each cost 50 Triumph Badges. Buy from Aspirant Forudir in Icecrown.

For Tier 9.5 (Item Level 245) gear, you'll need a combination of 1 Trophy of the Crusade and some Triumph Badges. One Trophy drops from each 25 man boss and can be used by any class, for any piece you choose, whether it be for Gloves or Shoulder piece.

The Gloves and Shoulders each cost 1 Trophy of the Crusade and 45 Triumph Badges, while the Head, Chest and Legs each cost 1 Trophy of the Crusade and 75 Triumph Badges. Buy from Valiant Laradia in Icecrown.

For Tier 9.75 (Item Level 258) gear, you'll need a Regalia of the Grand Protector. This is a token for for Paladin's, Priests and Warlocks to hand in for any Tier piece they need. No badges required. Buy from Champion Isimode in Icecrown.

The Set bonuses. First of all, you need to know that you can have any combination of T9, T9.5 and T9.75 to get the tier bonuses. If you 1 piece of T9 and 1 piece of T9.5, you will get the 2 piece bonus.

If you are a great paladin healer, you'll be maniac, which means you're chasing for more global cool downs. If this is the case, you'll love the 2 piece bonus. It increases the effect when you Judge. This means regardless of whether you're assigned to keep Judgment of Light or Judgment of Wisdom up, you'll have to do it less often. If you're not assigned to either of these, then the 2 piece bonus won't be that great for you. The 4 piece bonus isn't that great but still worth getting. It's like getting a free Flash of Light every 24 seconds, so long as you're not continually FOL healing that target.

Tier 8.0 (Item level 219) tokens come from from Ulduar 10 man and can be traded for your actual Tier pieces by Dubin Clay. Drops from: Helm from Miniron, Shoulders from Thorim, Chest from Yogg-Saron, Legs from Hodir and Gloves from Freya. Legs and Gloves can also drop from Emalon in Vault of Archavon.

Tier 8.5 (Item Level 226) tokens come from Ulduar 25 man and can be traded for your tier pieces by Dubin Clay. Drops from: Helm from Thorim, Shoulders from Yogg-Saron, Chest from Hodir, Legs from Freya and Gloves from Mimiron. The Chest and the Head can each be bought for 58 Emblem of Conquest. Since 3.2, all badges that drop from heroics, Ulduar, Naxx, OS and Malygos are Emblem of Conquest so most people buy their Chest and Helmets instead of waiting for drops.

The 2 set bonus: Your Holy Shock critical heals now also place a periodic healing effect on the target, healing for 15% of the Holy Shock's heal amount over 9 sec. This bonus is crappy at best.

The 4 set bonus: Your Sacred Shield can now trigger its effect every 4 sec instead of every 6. This bonus is actually a little better. It will prevent more damage than it usually does, which will make a little difference on fights where mana is very tight.

Drops from: Helm from Kel'thuzad, Shoulders from Loatheb, Chest from Four Horsemen, Legs from Thaddius and Gloves from Sartharion. The Chest can also be traded in for 80 Emblem of Heroism and the Gloves can be traded in for 60 Emblem of Heroism. Even though Emblem of Heroism don't drop anymore, you can trade Emblem of Conquest for Emblem of Valor, which can be traded to Heroism badges.

T7.5 (Item level 213) tokens come from Naxxramas or Obsidian Sanctum 25 man and can be traded for your Tier pieces from Griselda Hunderland in Dalaran. Drops from: Helm from Kel'thuzad, Shoulders from Loatheb, Chest from Four Horsemen, Legs from Thaddius and Gloves from Sartharion. The Shoulders can also be traded in for 60 Emblem of Valor and the Legs can be traded in for 75 Emblem of Valor. Even though Emblem of Heroism don't drop anymore, you can trade Emblem of Conquest for Emblem of Valor.

The 2 set bonus: Your Holy Shock gains an additional 10% chance to critically strike. It's a ok ability, that shines more in PVP than PVE.

The 4 set bonus: The cost of your Holy Light is reduced by 5%. This is the best set bonus Paladin's have seen in a while. The 5% discount for Holy Light is just awesome.
