3.2 introduces Emblems of Triumph. These badges are needed to get the next generation (item level 245) of badge gear.

You get Emblems of Triumph from doing 10 man and 25 man Trials of the Crusader (3 per boss) and from doing the Heroic Daily (2 badges).
